NABCOP Outlier Policy

Document describing the outlier policy for the National Audit of Breast Cancer in Older Patients (NABCOP)

This document sets out the process by which the performance of participating NHS Trusts/Welsh Health Boards was assessed, and the process the NABCOP Project Team followed to manage any hospital that was found to fall outside the expected range of performance and was therefore flagged as an outlier.
